Welcome to my Skin Studio!

I am Linda and where my passions for childrens’ health and family medicine are lived out at Hermanus Family Practice , this is where I live out my other passion- skin health, skin preservation, gentle aesthetic treatments and science based skincare.

I have started my aesthetic journey in 2016 with trainings in all procedures under various big names in the industry such as Dr Michelle Emett, Dr Chris Giezing, Dr Yvette Lamberts and Dr Izolda Heydenrych.

I realised that the need for further knowledge in dermatology when consulting aesthetic patients is mandatory, and I attended the 2 month short course in Dermatology at UCT and Groote Schuur hospital, led by the UCT Dermatology team.

My ethos is: less but more. One can always add, one can’t take away. The look of the season is glowy, undone (but secretly done), and I am here for it. There is no point in doing any aesthetic treatments if you don’t invest in a science based skin routine and realise how important sun care and sun safety is.

I put safety first and am comfortable and aware of risks involved with aesthetic treatments, and I am in a a realm of supporting experts if this should occur. I don’t create frozen faces and larger than life lips, unless you specifically want it, and that is why I take time with the aesthetic consultation. I honour a budget, and I do my best to meet yours, even if we work slowly and steadily.
